Chapter II · The city

Ventures

A venture starts as an idea. Somebody believes in it. On Oumafy, belief is an action: you back an idea, and when enough people believe, it becomes a real venture with a team and work to do.

It begins on the idea feed. Members pitch ideas for things that should exist. Other members believe in the ones they like. One tap turns that belief into a venture. A venture has a brief, a team, and open roles to fill. After that, it is work, not talk. It has tasks, milestones, and a record of who did what.

Ownership is shared from the start. Venture equity is held as α-tokensYour share of a venture. No one person can hold more than 30% of one., counted in basis points. There is one hard rule: no single person can hold more than 30% of any venture. This cap keeps things humble. Ventures on Oumafy are built by teams, and the equity table shows it.

The Foundation does not take an automatic cut. The network may hold a stake in a venture, from zero up. Each time, the amount is negotiated for that one venture, in the open, like every other treasury decision.

Chapter IV lists the ventures on the record right now. That list comes live from the network's own database.
