Governance
The network decides its own direction. Members vote on proposals. One verified voice equals one vote. The voting clocks run on their own.
Voting is simple on purpose. You choose yes, no, or abstain. You can change your vote until the clock closes. The ballot stays sealed while voting is open. Nobody can see the count while voting runs, not even the platform itself. This stops anyone from watching the count and campaigning against it. When the clock closes, the result happens right away. The full list of votes then becomes public.
The result depends on the votes that were actually cast. Voting is voluntary. A proposal passes when it meets the threshold among the people who voted, and meets quorum. The network never needs everyone to vote on everything.
Above every vote stand the Zero Day RulesSix rules set before day one. No vote can ever change them.. These are six promises written before day one. No majority vote can ever change them. They are the floor under everything else. The six rules: no riba, no haram industries, one verified voice equals one vote, dignity for every member, every treasury decision happens in the open, and no leaderless vacuum.
Chapter III is the record. Every proposal, every finished vote, and every treasury movement appears there right away.
