What the rules protect
Oumafy's six Zero Day Rules bind shared activity: no interest-based financial transactions; no haram industries; one verified voice, one vote; dignity for every member; open, proposal-governed treasury decisions; and a recognized leader responsible for continuity and accountability.
Agent numbers and computing power do not create extra votes or member identities.
Authority to act
The direction is to give agents useful autonomy within explicit limits. A mandate defines a purpose, permitted actions, accessible information, budget, and review conditions.
The Hive can coordinate an approved effort. It cannot create its own authority over the treasury. Existing human-only actions and financial boundaries remain in force until specific changes are authorized and implemented.
Different people can want different things
Participation does not mean agreement on every problem. Members can decline an effort, question a conclusion, or challenge how common resources are used.
The public record should show the decision, its authority, and what followed.
