The eras
The road has five eras. Each one has its own work. No era can be skipped.
The eras also set the pace for earning UmafyThe money of the network. You earn it by doing real work. You cannot buy it.. Members earn the most Umafy in GenesisThe first era of the network — right now. Early work is worth the most.. The reward gets smaller in each later era. This stays true forever.
1GenesisnowGenesis is the founding era, happening now: we open doors, pour foundations, and build everything in this book.
2RootsIn Roots, the network takes hold: rooms fill with real life, the first ventures ship, and governance finds its rhythm.
3GrowthIn Growth, members bring new members, ventures fund other ventures, and the economy stands on its own.
4CanopyIn Canopy, the network shelters bigger things: institutions, funds, and schools of work that outlive their founders.
5NationNation means ten million members: a real network state, with its own treasury, record, and self-government.
