Methodology
Sacred Sequencing
The principle that growth must follow a deliberate, faith-aligned order. Belonging before discipline, discipline before economy. Rushing the sequence creates fragile communities. Sacred sequencing is Oumafy's core methodology — trust first, monetize later, never the reverse.

UMFI
Ummah Financial Infrastructure token. The internal reward currency within Oumafy. Members earn UMFI for contributions — completing tasks, validating work, participating in governance. UMFI can be used for collective buying (Gravity Works) and subscription offsets.
Alpha Tokens (a-tokens)
Project-specific equity tokens representing ownership in an Oumafy project. Tracked in basis points (10,000 = 100%). Individual cap at 30% (3,000 bps). The Foundation takes a minimum 2.5% equity in every project.
Gravity Works
Oumafy's collective buying power system. Members propose group deals, rally participants, and unlock savings together. Think group-buy meets community commerce — the more members join, the better the deal.
Equity Tiers
Three levels of equity participation in Oumafy projects: Access (2.5%-5%), Co-Build (5%-15%), and Network State (15%-30%). Each tier reflects deeper involvement and contribution to the project.
Governance
SBT (Soulbound Token)
A non-transferable governance token. Every verified Oumafy member holds exactly one SBT, enabling one-person-one-vote governance. SBTs cannot be bought, sold, or transferred — they represent identity, not capital.
Zero Day Rules
Immutable ethical constraints established from day zero. Two absolute rules: no riba (interest-based transactions) and no haram industries. These cannot be voted away, amended, or suspended — they are constitutional.
Validator Workflow
The task completion verification process. When a member submits completed work, 3 validators review it within a 48-hour window. A 2/3 consensus approves the work, triggering bounty and XP distribution.
Evolutions
Milestone-based growth cycles that structure Oumafy's expansion. Each evolution has a member target and specific goals. Registration opens and closes per evolution. The current evolution is Genesis (Phase 1).
Culture & Philosophy
The Trifecta
The three priorities every Oumafy member is encouraged to maintain in order: Deen first (faith and spiritual health), Oumafy second (community contribution), Health third (physical and mental wellbeing).
Community as Infrastructure
The philosophy that community is not an audience to be marketed to, but infrastructure to be built upon. Muslims need shared digital infrastructure — platforms, governance systems, economic tools — owned by the community itself.

Ibn Khaldun's concept of social cohesion and group solidarity. The binding force that holds communities together and enables collective action. Oumafy is designed to rebuild asabiyyah for the digital age — not through tribalism, but through shared purpose and mutual obligation.

Oumafy's unified activity feed. All content lives here — user posts, governance proposals, opportunities, system events. Filter chips narrow the view but never switch pages. The Pulse is the heartbeat of the community.
Workspace
The personal productivity hub showing all tasks across all projects a member is involved in. Features an "Up Next" urgency queue, tasks grouped by project, and quick-create capabilities.
Foundation Treasury
The collective fund built from the 2.5% minimum equity stake the Foundation takes in every project. This treasury funds community infrastructure, supports struggling projects, and ensures long-term sustainability.
