Set a shared weekly operating rhythm for founding members so projects move in public and support requests surface faster.
This proposal establishes a simple weekly sprint rhythm for the founding cohort.
Every week would follow the same pattern: commit publicly on Monday, ship or share proof by Thursday, and post one reflection or ask by Friday.
The goal is not bureaucracy. The goal is coordination, visibility, and faster help across the network while the founding community is still small enough to operate with discipline.
