Builder Grants Pilot: Round One

This proposal creates a first builder grants pilot using a modest pool of shared funds. The pool would support members who complete clearly defined sprint deliverables inside active projects, with grants tied to visible proof of work and steward verification. The purpose is to reward momentum early, test operational discipline, and create examples of what high-trust contribution looks like on Oumafy.
